Why he mentors
Dr. Mohammed Naji remembers the doubts he met as a young dentist, when experience was measured in years rather than skill. He wants to help young people find their own path, raise awareness of the issues around them and put their energy to good use.
His message is the one he shares on social media: you are never restricted by your age, only by your effort and ambition to get things done.

GADHA began in 2005 to inspire and motivate people and to help them develop their talents. It became an official training agency, with experts from many countries.
Its mentors cover leadership, culture, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence and humanitarian work, through consultations, guidance, real-life examples and exercises.
