Liberty Dental Clinic is where Dr. Mohammed Naji works every day. His family established it in 1998, and it is part of Liberty Medical Group.
Founded with three treatment rooms, the clinic moved to Jumeirah Beach Road in 2005 and opened a second clinic in Abu Dhabi in 2016. It holds EQuIP accreditation from the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS), and in 2023 it was among the winners of the inaugural Emirates Labour Market Award.

Training dentists
Liberty Research & Training Center trains dentists in Dubai. The clinic is accredited by the Dubai Health Authority to train dentists in laser dentistry, and in 2023 Liberty's clinics were approved as a training site for dental students in their internship year.
In 2025 Liberty Dental Clinic and UCL Consultants announced an aesthetic dentistry training programme, delivered in Dubai.
