Dr. Mohammed Naji is a Dubai dentist and the Executive Director of Liberty Dental Clinic on Jumeirah Beach Road, the clinic his family established in 1998. He founded the oral-care brand MONAJI, co-stars in the reality show Smile Masters and has spoken at Forbes Middle East healthcare summits since 2023.

Dr. Mohammed Naji is a dentist, entrepreneur and youth mentor, born and raised in Dubai. He graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Ajman University of Science and Technology in 2015, then studied healthcare management in London, laser dentistry in Germany and orthodontics at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences.

He is the Executive Director of Liberty Dental Clinic on Jumeirah Beach Road, established by his family in 1998 and part of Liberty Medical Group. Outside the clinic he appears on Arabic television and podcasts, and co-stars with his brother Dr. Majd Naji and Dr. Deema Basim in Smile Masters, a reality show released on YouTube and later acquired by MBC.

He founded the oral-care brand MONAJI, has spoken at Forbes Middle East healthcare summits since 2023 and has mentored young people through GADHA. He speaks Arabic, English and French.
